   Spoke to a few agents recently and they all have the same message which is we do all of our negotiating in house and outside negotiators aren’t necessary, also that the banks have already discounted the property which is set. Plus all agent protect their sellers so there’s no need for negotiators.
   The only requirement is that you make a cash offer or POF’s and have a contract in place. How do you overcome there objection and get the referral and be able to do the negotiations.
