   Hey Bob, congrat’s on the birth of your son. Sounds like he was early but everything still went well. Happy for you. Geez, I’ve got grandkids older than your kids, and I’m only 49! (I was 12 when I had my first kid)
   Anyway, it’s been fun watching you and Pat on these videos. We’ve been giving a lot of thought to doing stuff like this also. One of our main goals for the near future is to make up new material to solicit more private lenders.
