		<description>Hey Bob, congrat&#039;s on the birth of your son. Sounds like he was early but everything still went well. Happy for you. Geez, I&#039;ve got grandkids older than your kids, and I&#039;m only 49! (I was 12 when I had my first kid)
Anyway, it&#039;s been fun watching you and Pat on these videos. We&#039;ve been giving a lot of thought to doing stuff like this also. One of our main goals for the near future is to make up new material to solicit more private lenders. I&#039;m telling you, we still don&#039;t have any competition out here and its like taking candy from a baby. Anyway, lets keep in touch. Take Care, Steve</description>
