Sounds like he was early but everything still went well. Happy for you. Geez, I've got grandkids older than your kids, and I'm only 49! (I was 12 when I had my first kid) Anyway, it's been fun watching you and Pat on these videos. We've been giving a lot of thought to doing stuff like this also. One of our main goals for the near future is to make up new material to solicit more private lenders.
